This position and team will evolve and grow over time, allowing you to grow while in the role.  As a key member of the Finance team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and a strategic vision in bringing the financial accounting and reporting teams together.

About the Opportunity

• Responsible for accounting books and records for the organization, including external and management reports, preparing board meeting materials
• Manage full audit cycle including review and sign-off of the financial statements
• Prepare and maintain standard financial reporting packages to the senior executives on a monthly basis
• Prepare and maintain a rolling budget
• Oversee the implementation of new accounting standards to ensure timeliness and accuracy of compliance
• Interact and provide direct support to the Executive Leadership team and Senior Management on key accounting and reporting matters

About You

• CPA, CA
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting at a public company IFRS
• M&A and Financial Statement consolidation with cannabis industry experience is an asset
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, management, communication skills

Salary Range

$150,000 - $175,000/year
