Treasury Analyst and Clerk

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Treasury Analyst, the position of Treasury Clerk will:

• Assume responsibility of monitoring company-wide daily cash balances and execution of treasury operations in a timely manner, including but not limited to, intercompany transfers, cash calls for business units and domestic/cross border payments
• Assist Senior Treasury Analyst maintaining and preparing proper documentation for treasury transactions on a permanent basis in compliance with the controls and policies in place
• Prepare and provide supporting documents and required information to facilitate external/internal reporting request from auditors, tax and accounting department at Corporate and site levels
• Play an important role in implementing optimized workflows and Excel files to efficiently consolidate intercompany schedules, cash flow templates and domestic/cross border wires schedules
• Assist the Corporate Accounting function in the period-end financial reporting process and any ad-hoc documentary requests from banks and counterparties

About You

• 3 to 5 years of experience 

Pay Rate

$75,000-85,000/year
