About the Opportunity

• Prepare quarterly income tax provisions (Canadian and US)
• Assist with tax aspects of internal reorganization
• Prepare Canadian income tax and indirect tax returns
• Coordinate service providers and review US income tax and indirect tax compliance
• Prepare taxable income/ cash taxes forecast
• Review and provide tax inputs into models for both Canadian and US M&A opportunities
• Coordinate/monitor cross-border transactions

About You

• CPA
• 5+ years related work experience in tax (corporate tax in an accounting firm)
• Completion of Parts I to III of In-Depth Tax
• Strong communication skills
• Strong Canadian tax experience with exposure to US tax is an asset

Salary Range

$100,000 - $110,000/year
