About the Opportunity

• Manage quarterly tax provision and reporting under IFRS
• Manage all corporate tax audits and inquiries, gather information and serve as the primary contact for tax audits by regulatory/governmental agencies
• Ensure the accurate preparation and timely submission of all foreign, federal, state and local tax returns through coordinated efforts with internal finance and external tax preparers
• Conduct technical research and analysis, develop informed recommendations and prepare memos on income tax matters
• Assist with tax incentives and coordinate efforts with the business and external advisors

About You

• CPA
• Completion of CPA In-Depth Tax Course
• 4-6 years of progressive related corporate tax experience with compliance and provisions
• Strong technical written and verbal communication skills

Salary Range

$120,000 - $150,000/year
