Servicing Analyst - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Opening and maintaining investment accounts for clients
• Ensuring the all relevant regulatory requirements are met
• Process assets moving to and from the organization
• Fulfill routine and frequently non-routine transactions
• Respond to internal business partner and/or external customer inquiries/ requests, and audit reconciliation activities
• Resolve more complex issues efficiently and effectively in accordance with the organization and industry standards
• Any other administrative or operational activities as required

About You

• 1 or more years’ experience in a similar role with a major Canadian bank or financial institution
• Previous regulatory experience – IIROC, AML and/or KYC
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexible, able to work overtime as required
• Previous experience working in a high volume, target driven environment
• Candidates with university/college education will be preferred

Pay Rate

$18/hour
