About the Opportunity

This position provides the highest level of support to end users by handling service requests that have been escalated by lower tiers. Support will be provided onsite, remotely, over the phone, or via email. You will be required to develop solutions for complex network, desktop, and server problems. You must have the ability to analyze existing systems and make proactive recommendations for improvements. You will also be responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing all systems, applications, and networking configurations. You will be a mentor to other team members as the company has a "share the knowledge" environment.

About You

• IT General Control
• Good communication skills
• Office 365
• Experience with email migrations active directory
• Deployment of VMware and SQL
• Knowledge of SharePoint, AD, Exchange
• Any Scripting (Powershell, Bash)

Salary

$40/hour
