About the Opportunity

• Oversee the research and analysis of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and partnerships and investments
• End-to-end management of transactions, coordinate internal and external resources
• Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholder
• Conduct comprehensive analysis and valuation
• Drive financial modeling architecture and oversee modeling work
• Lead project management teams for due diligence
• Oversee the development of comprehensive presentations

About You

• CPA
• Strong technical knowledge in transaction advisory services
• Strong analytical and modelling experience
• Excellent Excel skills

Salary Range

$115,000 - $130,000/year
