Senior Financial Analyst - 6 Month Contract

Our client is operating in the technology sector and they are currently in need of a Senior Financial Analyst for a 6 month contract to backfill someone on a leave of absence.

About the Opportunity

• Assisting with month-end close process (reconciliations, analysis and preparation of financial statements)
• Prepare various monthly, quarterly and annual reports and standard reporting schedules
• Assisting with various transformation and process improvement projects
• Assist with annual business plan preparation and required reporting
• Project accounting experience

About You

• Accounting designation (CPA, CGA, CMA, CA)
• 3-5 years experience within a corporate accounting function
• Prior working experience with Hyperion and Peoplesoft
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Leadership and motivational skills in order to guide and support direct reports in accomplishing individual, team and organizational goals

Pay Rate

$35 - $37/hour
