About the Opportunity

• Financial reporting and month-end review: preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations, month-end key indicator and variance analysis
• Prepare various financial information for Joint Venture partners
• Coordinate interim and year-end audits for various entities
• Technical analysis to ensure appropriate accounting treatment for acquisitions and dispositions
• Review and analysis of annual operating plans and quarterly reforecasts
• Assist with the execution of portfolio strategies

About You

• CPA
• 3+ years of experience in a related capacity (financial reporting/analysis, audit experience or financial statements) preferably with real estate exposure
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS
• Experience with Hyperion/HFM/JDE is an asset

Salary Range

$75,000 - $83,000/year
