Senior Financial Accountant - 3 Month Contract (Closed)

Senior Financial Accountant - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Assisting with year-end preparation including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, updating accruals, prepayment schedules
• Assisting with building audit files for year-end audit including gathering supporting documentation across all group entities
• Assisting with Intercompany reconciliations
• Working with ERP system to run reports, post journal entries etc.
• Project-based work such as assisting with preparation of accounting memos, building checklists and standardized templates for finance team to implement.
• Identify improvements in procedures and processes

About You

• CPA designation
• US GAAP knowledge
• Strong understanding of intercompany transactions
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Experience with large ERP systems
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
• Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements
• Strong communication skills, well organized, with strong business acumen

Pay Rate

$33/hour
