SEEKING A SENIOR ANALYST - CORPORATE ACCOUNTING FOR A CHALLENGING CONTRACT ROLE. Our client is looking for a dynamic professional to join their team for a 12 month contract.

Senior Analyst - Corporate Accounting - 12 Month Contract

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be assisting with the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.

About the Opportunity

• Assists in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports
• Preparation of financial statements and various month-end duties (prepare intercompany/bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, etc.)
• Assisting with financial planning, budgeting and analysis
• Review of AR/AP
• Prepares and posts all approved month-end journal entries
• Completing commodity tax returns
• Other ad-hoc requests from senior management

About You

• University degree in with a CPA designation
• 3-5 years of professional accounting experience
• Strong technical internal controls compliance skills
• Extensive knowledge of IFRS and CGAAP
• Prior experience working in a private company environment
• Advanced level skills with MS Excel and any large ERP

Pay Rate

$80,000/year
