RPA Analyst - 6 Month Contract

The RPA Analyst will be a member of the Risk, Performance and Technology Advisory Services team, responsible for providing design, requirements, development and implementation support services to the clients RPA customers.

 

About the Opportunity

  • Work with clients to collect requirements and redesign processes
  • Document requirements, RPA solutions, test cases and test results
  • Develop reliable RPA solutions based on customer requirements, while adhering to design best practices
  • Maintain / support existing RPA solutions in production and implement all necessary changes in a controlled manner
  • Communicate RPA development updates to RPA COE and the client on a regular basis
  • Work with the client to properly test and document test results
  • Help resolve technical issues
  • Perform other assigned tasks
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to identify automation opportunities by analyzing processes and assessing feasibility for automation
  • Analyze, understand, and document the business processes in detail
  • Participate in various types of interviews, meetings or workshops to define, design and configure automation solutions
  • Create functional design for the automation developers including detailed RPA logic, beginning to end of a process
  • Create and document test procedures and scenarios prior to launching User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support business teams in testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing and UAT
  • Problem-solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Determines and advises the most appropriate technical response to identified complex problems, issues and/or defects by assessing impact and prioritization
  • Support the Project Manager throughout the project and automation lifecycles
  • Communicate any identified and potential risks and issues to Project Manager accordingly and provide actionable inputs to mitigate
  • Support QA, Testing and audit activities as needed
  • Assist with developing / supporting RPA governance strategy

 

About You

  • A BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience of at least 1-3 years with features and functionalities of RPA - Robotic Process Automation tools (i.e. Blue Prism, Workfusion, BAAR)
  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, business process re-engineering, process diagramming and documentation and requirements documentation
  • Expertise in workflow-based logic and the ability to understand and document a business process, and conceptualize it as an automated solution
  • Ability to prioritize, organize and complete multiple tasks with a high attention to detail
  • Developed creativity, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Strong leadership skills, interpersonal skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills are required
  • Computer literacy with mapping, spreadsheets, word processing and database software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, etc.)
  • Good facilitation and interviewing skills to understand and evaluate business processes for suitability for automation
  • Strong commitment to professional client service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude
