Property Accounting Associate - 2 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Bank reconciliations, journal entries, full cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
• Posting rent roles, day-to-day accounting for the portfolio
• Assist with detailed reconciliation of tenant accounts including CAM, Realty Tax, and Utilities in order to maintain appropriate expense recoveries and back-charges.
• Assist with month-end close
• Ad hoc duties as per manager

About You

• 2 years accounting experience
• Property management experience is required
• Yardi experience is required, strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Pay Rate

$22 - $24/hour
