About the Opportunity

• Portfolio of 10-16 commercial properties as a profile
• CAM/TAX year-end recoveries
• Budget forecasting
• Variance analysis (actual vs budget)
• Bank reconciliations
• GST/HST returns
• Yardi Voyager

About You

• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Organized
• CPA enrolled would be an asset

Salary

$60,000 - $65,000/year
