Project Accountant - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Manage Accounts Payable
• Manage Accounts Receivable
• Weekly processing of hourly payroll for 30 employees
• Payroll deductions
• Track labour hours
• Ensuring all statutory requirements are met, including WSIB filings and GST/HST filings

About You

• Post-secondary education with a specialty in Accounting
• 3-5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry
• Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables are not required)
• Highly proficient in QuickBooks
• Experience using Jonas is a very strong asset
• Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail

Pay Rate

$19 - $22/hour
