Payroll Coordinator - 10 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Coordinating and inputting of employee information in the payroll systems
• Ensure compliance with tax requirements for payroll related items
• Maintaining and reconciling the payroll clearing account
• Managing payroll related queries from employees
• Assisting in making timely payments to the suppliers and ensuring that the vendor accounts are managed within the appropriate days outstanding
• Assisting the accounting team on ad-hoc reports
• Other duties as assigned

About You

• 3-5 years of related experience working with Ceridian Payroll systems. Ceridian Dayforce experience is a strong asset
• Strong Excel skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Pay Rate

$27 - $30/hour
