Part Time Intermediate Accountant/Bookkeeper - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Performing the full cycle accounting duties for four residential properties
• Rent collection (AR)
• Drafting cheques (AP)
• Rent roll
• NSF cheques
• Handling rent increases
• Preparing financial statements
• Monthly reporting
• Prepare T4’s
• Bank reconciliations

About You

• 8+ years performing General Accounting/Property accounting duties
• QuickBooks experience is a must
• Proven tenure in an organization
• Open to 4 days per week
• Business/Accounting degree
• Perfect communication skills

Pay Rate

$28 - $32/hour
