About the Opportunity

• Order taking and arranging for shipments
• Order organize and manage office supplies
• Ensure smooth running of the entire office
• Bank reconciliations
• Full cycle accounting
• Liaise with sales team and vendors

About You

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• QuickBooks and Intermediate MS Excel proficiency
• 10+ years of office management experience
• Full cycle accounting experience is a strong asset

Pay Rate

$80,000/year
