ARE YOU AN OFFICE MANAGER LOOKING FOR AN EXCELLENT FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY? Our client is located in downtown Toronto and is seeking a confident and proactive team player with solid administrative experience.

Office Manager

About the Opportunity

• Ensure the main areas of the office are maintained well
• Manage kitchen cleanliness and inventory
• Correspond with facility management vendors and partners to ensure the office environment is well maintained and activities are organized
• Order and organize office supplies
• Actively support planning for internal events
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes working well with HR and IT teams

About You

• Degree or diploma in business administration or relevant field
• 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role or a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills; able to negotiate timelines and prioritize appropriately
• Proficiency in all MS Office programs

Salary

$70,000 - 75,000/year
