Our client is a successful organization who is involved with many acquisitions and joint ventures. They are looking to hire an Analyst to assist with the financial operations of the business, including financial modeling, sensitivity analysis, and due diligence.

About the Opportunity

• Preparation of NDAs
• Collection and review of valuation materials
• Financial modeling and sensitivity analysis
• Preparation of business presentation decks
• Tracking and analysis of key data
• Assisting team in due diligence analysis and other ad-hoc activities as required

About You

• CPA or MBA (or in progress)
• 2-3 years of related working experience with M&A and due diligence
• Strong work ethic and business acumen
• Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills

Salary Range

$60,000 - $70,000/year
