They are looking for a Manager, Finance to join their finance team to be responsible for providing services to drive optimal returns from investments.

About the Opportunity

• Manage and onboard investments
• Review organizational structures, fund flow in close coordination with tax, open bank accounts, loan agreements, cash management agreements, closing statements, purchase price allocations, onboard third-party property managers
• Prepare and review various financial information and analytics to ensure accuracy of reporting
• Assist with stakeholder reporting including lenders, parent companies, fund investors, tax and other regulatory authorities
• Review financial and management reporting for real estate portfolio assigned
• Work with asset management team to develop an annual budget
• Assist with regular forecasting/reforecasting
• System enhancements with focus on making scalable for future growth
• Due diligence related to refinancing, dispositions, development and redevelopment

About You

• CPA
• 7+ years of progressive work experience with a mix of public accounting and industry experience; experience in real estate is considered an asset
• Experience managing a team
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and proactive

Salary Range

$100,000 - $110,000/year
