ARE YOU A MANAGER OF APPLICATIONS WITH WITH STRONG BA AND PM EXPERIENCE? Our North York client is looking to hire an Applications Manager to own the ecosystem of internal corporate applications.
Manager, Business Applications
About the Opportunity
- Advise the Director on all strategic planning and roadmapping as it relates to the lifecycle of enterprise applications for the organization
- Act as a senior member of the Application team to select/configure/develop/deploy/support all applications that run in the environment - ERP, CRM, BI, web, small custom applications, larger cloud applications
- Good business analysis (high level requirements gathering) and project management / project delivery experience (upgrades, integrations, implementations, feature development)
- Experience managing small teams that maintain and support internal applications
- Act as the 'right-hand' to the Director in all application-related matters
- Participate on multi-disciplinary teams to deliver technology projects, representing the Application team
- Ensure all process, procedures, documentation are properly delivered for all applications
About You
- Degree or diploma in computer science or related field
- Expert understanding of analysis and selection, configuration and deployment, maintenance and support of enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, BI, web, e-commerce, Sharepoint, etc)
- Proven business analysis (requirements gathering, documentation, training) experience
- Proven project management and project delivery experience (PMP is a plus)
- Strong experience leading and motivating small technical teams
- Superior communication skills and a team-oriented, collaborative orientation
Salary
$110,000 - $115,000/year
