Junior Billing Clerk - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Entering billing rates in client portals and gathering approvals on new rates
• Communicating with clients, investigating discrepancies or issues and escalate where appropriate
• Monitoring billing issues log, and escalating issues where appropriate
• Ad hoc requests or special projects as assigned

About You

• Degree or diploma in accounting or equivalent
• 6 months plus of accounting experience, preferably in Accounts Receivable or Billing
• Basic to intermediate Excel
• Any accounting software is an asset

Pay Rate

$16 - $18/hour
