Java / Spring Developer (Backend)

Our client, a well-established organization, is looking for a backend Java developer to join their team.

About the Opportunity

• Backend application development (J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, JBoss)

• Participate in new application development (new functionality)
• Participate in application support (eg working on bugs and errors)

About You

• 5+ years of experience in application development in a J2EE 6+ environment
• 2+ years of recent experience in application development using Spring
• Experience in application analysis and design
• Strong ORM understanding (eg Hibernate)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices
• Experience with JBoss or other application servers
• Exposure to agile application development is an asset

Salary

$80,000 - $95,000/year
