Invoice/Accounts Payable Coordinator - 5 Month Contract (Closed)

Invoice/Accounts Payable Coordinator - 5 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Match Purchase Orders to invoices and enter invoices
• Manually enter invoices into the payable system
• Processing invoices for payment including matching and verifying backup attached
• Dealing with management to attain approval of invoices
• Processing weekly Cheque/EFT run

About You

• 3 to 5 years working in an Accounts Payable
• Diploma in Accounting/Business or another related field
• Experience with Oracle an asset
• Must be organized and an energetic self-starter with a willingness to learn
• Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask, and set priorities as required
• Highly organized, accurate and strong communication skills a must
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness

Pay Rate

$20 - $21/hour
