Full Stack .Net Developer - 6 Month Contract (Closed)

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER? Our client, located in York Region, is hiring an experienced Full Stack Developer with superior expertise and skills in a range of technologies, including AngularJS 2/4/5, JavaScript and C#. This will be an opportunity to build out a unique product that will support and positively impact the client’s users globally.

Full Stack .Net Developer - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• 5+ years hands-on experience with:
  • Front End development with exposure to Angular 2/4/5
  • Senior level experience with CSS, HTML, JS, Web API, REST APT, OData (sits within the Web API Stack)
  • Experience or knowledge of Angular 6 would be a bonus
  • Full Stack development using a range of technologies including C#, MS SQL, Security, Wijmo, Entity framework and Asp.Net.
  • JavaScript
  • Web API, Web Calls, etc.
  • Exposure to Scrum would be a major asset
  • Application Security should always be considered
  • You should know SQL Injection, Process Scripting, etc.

• University/College Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
• A natural contributor who is results-driven, with initiative and highly capable of meeting strict deadlines
• Motivation to work autonomously, take direction when required and thrive in a fast-paced, interactive environment
• An innovative problem-solver who has a track record of solving issues quickly on large-scale solutions
• Flexible, but process-focused and you have a high desire to learn rapidly
• You will be expected to expand your technical skills while being a consistent contributor
• A strong team player
• You should have the willingness to pick up and contribute when needed; to ask for assistance when required and to lead by example at all times
• You will produce quality coding of advanced features and fixes for our product, usable and understandable by any developer moving forward
• You will mentor and support junior and intermediate team members
• You will be a major player on a new product team working across other teams ensuring the project vision is carried out and successful
