Financial Reporting Systems Administrator
About the Company
Our client, a leading private equity firm, is looking to hire a Financial Reporting Systems Administrator for one of their major ERP systems. With an outstanding corporate culture based around family and work-life balance, this organization is looking for a financial accountant to train into their new financial reporting systems administrator. This organization has a very low turnover as a result of an incredibly robust bonus and benefits package.
About the Opportunity
- Providing ERP system related support to divisions and users
- Ensure you are business partnering effectively with management to keep them up-to-date on all ongoing improvement projects related to the ERP system
- Maintain the system to ensure proper internal controls are adequate for required statutory reporting standards
- Act as the subject matter expert to train new and existing users of system capabilities
- Create and maintain user profile access
- Create and implement data entry forms for the ERP based on ever changing business developments related to M&A activities
- Involvement in projects for setting up new entities in the ERP which would involve:
- Reporting (including transformation tables based on the mapping of their chart of accounts)
- Testing
- Training – coordination of sessions for new entities and/or users
- Provide temporary access for adjusting entries required when onboarding new clients
- Create and maintain database viewing access as instructed by management, all changes are approved by management prior to implementation
- Setting up data field limits to ensure data integrity, all changes are approved by management prior to implementation
- Involvement in the implementation of new modules and applications
- Manage the loading of foreign exchange information on a regular basis
- Other items and ad-hoc projects as determined by Management
About You
- At least 5 years of exposure to consolidated reporting with a large public company or large private company
- Preference for those who are ERP subject matter experts
- Preference for those who have participated end-to-end on a major ERP implementation
- Excellent communication skills
Salary
$55,000/year
