Financial Analyst - 12 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Evaluate situations to understand business drivers, and reduce complex scenarios into actionable tasks, including the sequence for completion (business process and system)
• Manage day-to-day operational needs
• Analyzing financial and statistical information for internal stakeholders
• Conduct scenario analysis, and identify key performance drivers as well as risks/opportunities to performance targets
• Manage various reporting obligations (KPIs, performance statistics, business cases, process maps, and presentations for senior management)
• Manipulate large volumes of data across multiple systems, to spot issues/trends and identify probable outcomes
• Develop and manage processes and process improvement initiatives for key operational components of the business, such as customer lifecycle analysis and reporting
• Be the regional liaison and manage priorities for various business units, technology teams and support teams of internal and external stakeholders

About You

• 3-5 years of experience using your analytic skills to help businesses grow
• Curiosity and desire to figure out how things work
• Strong process improvement initiatives, and the will to work through minutiae to find solutions
• Strong attention to detail, matched with the ability to focus on meaningful drivers
• Excellent storytelling capabilities – you know how to effectively convey complicated stories across all levels of understanding
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have managerial courage to work through challenges
• Ability to prioritize deliverables and self-direct to accomplish your commitments
• Business or engineering degree; additional certification valued
• Expert proficiency in Excel, VBA. SQL, PPT

Pay Rate

$68,000/year
