Financial Analyst - 18 Month Contract

Our client is a Toronto-based dental/medical equipment company and they are currently in need of a Financial Analyst for an 18 month contract.

About the Opportunity

• Budgeting - coordination, documents, consolidation, foreign exchange setting rates and research, sales team input coordination, schedule meetings for review, send templates to all department heads - coordinate with Germany to get full entity budgets and consolidate
• Year-end audit working papers, liaison with auditors
• Monthly sales reporting, margin reporting, financial statements
• Inventory provision calculation and proposals for write-offs coordinating with Materials Manager
• Monthly updates & maintenance on exchange rates in the ERP
• Drafting of financial data for president's letter shareholder update report on a monthly basis for CFO review and dissemination
• Salesmen commission calculations as needed
• Creating and distributing electronic Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable sub-ledgers monthly, and reconcile monthly inter company balance
• Divisional and department profit and loss statement preparation, coordination, obtain input and approval by divisions and departments
• Converting and remapping monthly trial balance from subsidiary between different accounting softwares
• Statistics Canada financial and IT reports, overseeing, coordinating and managing completion on time
• Tax return information preparation and coordination

About You

Pay Rate

$60,000/year
