About the Opportunity

• Transactional support within full cycle accounting
• Prepare and maintain routine monthly reports for internal/external clients
• Assists in Cash application and Accounts Receivable inquiries
• Complete and resolve assigned account reconciliations queries
• Prepare, gather, consolidate and report routine projects related data in Access database
• Prepare forecasts and budgets for internal/external needs
• Prepare monthly client invoices.
• Prepare and reconcile basic audit working papers, maintain accurate and complete records for audits
• Assist in day-to-day queries from internal/external clients
• Identify complex and resolve basic transactional accounting discrepancies
• Process routine invoices and loading transactional data into Oracle

About You

• CPA or CPA In Progress
• 3+ years of related working experience with full cycle accounting, including month-end/ journal entries, and reconciliations
• Exposure to Budgeting / Forecasting / Analysis/ variance analysis
• Strong management reporting, month-end transactional background
• Advanced level knowledge of accounting systems

Salary Range

$60,000 - $70,000/year
