Dynamics 365 CRM Administrator - 2 Month Contract
About the Opportunity
- Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM tool set works effectively across the organization and within each team
- Work with third-party vendor to design, configure, test and deploy changes to the CRM database entities, fields, screens, forms, workflows, reports and dashboards
- Design, develop and implement key reports using available BI tools
- Plan, organize and manage all CRM applications projects to ensure effective operations
- Monitor CRM processes, resolving issues that arise in the execution of marketing campaigns
- Identify areas for improvement and develop technical improvement plans
Web Content Management:
- Familiarity with web content management solutions and how to integrate with CRM systems. Experience with DNN is preferable
Vendor management:
- Ability to engage with a third-party vendor to guide the delivery of new solutions
Business Intelligence (i.e. report creation, etc.):
- Ability to export data and create reports and perform analysis on CRM data used to guide marketing and sales organizations
About You
- University or college degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years in-depth experience in Dynamics CRM administration
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills
- Demonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Possess a positive, service oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues
- Foresees potential challenges and comes prepared with solutions to solve variety of problems
- Superior written and verbal communication skills are required
