Director of Business Integration

 

About the Opportunity

  • Support The Leadership Team to execute business integration strategy to ensure achieving long and short-term business objectives
  • Manage portfolio of multiple integration projects; coach and develop directly reporting team of integration project managers
  • Establish and align objectives for each integration success. Coordinate designing detailed integration plans and resources requirement across all teams and stakeholders. Accelerate workstreams, lead cross-workstream projects, drive alignment on dependencies as needed. Monitor implementation, calendar, milestones, reviews. Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify and address integration risks and issues. Capture and prioritize issues and drive effective resolutions. Resolve conflicts. Coordinate change management
  • Report integration status, risks, metrics to stakeholders
  • Leverage and update project management software to keep integration projects on-track
  • Ensures business continuity and supports business momentum
  • Maintain communications with all stakeholders across the business and geographies

 

About You

  • 5+ years successful experience in a project management and business integration role /capacity (preferably including Big 4 consulting firm experience)
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Independent self-starter with a collaborative working style, strong work ethic and flexibility to take on wide range or roles and responsibilities
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with new partners and existing internal resources
  • Willingness to travel as required and work outside of normal business hours
  • Careful attention to detail with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
  • Success track delivering results on time and on budget
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • PMP designation or equivalent certification would be considered an asset
  • Team player who is able to influence others within the business and functional teams
  • Ability to work under tight timelines within a very dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient Excel, PowerPoint skills and experience working with ERP systems
  • Proven superior people management / coaching skills

 

Salary Range

$130,000 - $150,000/year
