Director, Finance Reporting - 12 Month Contract

Our client is looking for a Director of Financial Reporting for a long-term contract.  The incumbent will be responsible for a complete and accurate general ledger of two reporting divisions and the resulting financial statements. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining financial and accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and entity-level and overall reporting, as well as being the key owner of the accounting systems and processes.

About the Opportunity

• Responsible for the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review consolidation and prepare the related financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and cash flows
• Responsible for monthly supplementary packs including variance analysis
• Oversee, organize, review and validate all balance sheet reconciliations and other working papers
• Working with senior team members as required, assist in producing individual entity financial statements and in researching, reconciling and preparing adjusting journal entries
• Manage the internal and external audits at half-year and year-end
• Provide leadership and supervision to finance team

About You

• CPA designation
• 7+ years of progressive experience including managing staff
• Experience working in a multinational company
• Strong MS Excel and systems skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay Rate

$130,000/year
