Director, Finance Reporting - 12 Month Contract
Our client is looking for a Director of Financial Reporting for a long-term contract. The incumbent will be responsible for a complete and accurate general ledger of two reporting divisions and the resulting financial statements. The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining financial and accounting policies, procedures, internal controls, and entity-level and overall reporting, as well as being the key owner of the accounting systems and processes.
About the Opportunity
- Responsible for the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Review consolidation and prepare the related financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and cash flows
- Responsible for monthly supplementary packs including variance analysis
- Oversee, organize, review and validate all balance sheet reconciliations and other working papers
- Working with senior team members as required, assist in producing individual entity financial statements and in researching, reconciling and preparing adjusting journal entries
- Manage the internal and external audits at half-year and year-end
- Provide leadership and supervision to finance team
About You
- CPA designation
- 7+ years of progressive experience including managing staff
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Strong MS Excel and systems skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Pay Rate
$130,000/year
