Customer Service Representative - 6 Month Contract with the Opportunity of Permanent

About the Opportunity

• Receiving sales orders from existing customers by phone or email
• Preparing return authorizations and credit memos
• Answering customer inquiries
• Liaise with customers to log in to their portals and entering information
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and delivered appropriately

About You

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Intermediate understanding of MS Office Suite
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Previous exposure to construction industry an asset

Pay Rate

$22 - $25/hour
