About the Opportunity

• Manage accounts payable workflow, liaison between various internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee development and improvement of accounts payable process, including implementation of controls and processes
• Maintain accounts payable subledger, vendor database, and project costing module in MS Dynamics on a daily basis
• Prepare and schedule ad hoc accounts payable analyses and reports
• Provide ongoing technical support to the accounting staff

About You

• Post-secondary degree, focus in Accounting/Finance
• CPA in progress is an asset
• 2+ years of experience in accounting and accounts payable with a high-volume, complex environment
• Strong foundation in Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Process improvement and policy development experience is an asset

Salary

$60,000 - $65,000/year
