Coordinator, Corporate Expense Management

About the Opportunity

  • Managing day-to-day operations for corporate card program and corporate expense management system
  • Administration and support system for Concur
  • Overseeing process, policy, analytics and operational activities
  • Accountable and knowledgeable of their role and responsibilities

About You

  • Industry-specific experience: large corporate environment
  • Experience working with C-suite level employees
  • Technical skills: Intermediate level of experience with Excel
  • Concur – expense management system experience is a must
  • Experience with any corporate card management program is a must
  • Experience with meeting tight deadlines
  • Experience working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Experience with financial reconciliations and expense analysis
  • Record keeping management skills
  • Experience with training systems and processes to all levels of employees
  • Soft skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills, people skills, approachable, well rounded, willing to adjust and learn, absorb information and utilize to do their work, highly motivated, self-starter, well poised, high professionalism, high customer service skills, multitasker, good presentation skills
  • Degree or college diploma related to Finance or Accounting or  3-5 years of Accounting/Accounts Payable experience
  • P-card certification is an asset
  • 2-3 years of experience managing and administering a corporate card program
  • 2-3 years of Concur expense management system administration
  • 3-5 years of financial experience

Salary

$50,000 - $60,000/year
