About the Company

Our client is a growing company that provides finance and accounting services to various clients. As a Controller, you will act as a key member of the team supporting financial statement preparation, working closely with the CFO.

About the Opportunity

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reporting package, including financial statements and related working papers and schedules
• Consolidate financial results and accounts
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and period-end close process
• Review and approve journal entries, account and bank reconciliations
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Ensure the financial integrity of the operations
• Assist with year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors

About You

• CPA
• 5+ years of experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Public accounting experience with public clients
• Good understanding of equity financing
• Excellent working knowledge and experience with IFRS

Salary Range

$85,000 - $100,000/year
