Consultant - 6 Month Contract

Our client is sourcing for a Finance lead for an HR system implementation for 6 month contract.

About the Opportunity

• Manage and implement the transition to Oracle HCM
• First point of contact between vendors, IT, Finance, HR and other cross-functional teams

About You

• Accounting designation
• General knowledge of the payroll function
• Previous payroll system implementation experience (preferably Oracle HCM)
• Strong communication skills and ability to delegate tasks between team and provide status updates
• Knowledge regarding internal controls, frameworks, risk assessment, development of controls to mitigate risks
• Knowledge and experience in developing test case scenarios for a payroll system implementation, executing and documenting test results ensuring accuracy, confirming expected results, logging defects and retesting
• An individual with a keen eye and mind for reviewing system functionality to ensure it will meet business and user needs
• Someone who can identify and flag issues, and present appropriate action to be taken

Pay Rate

$55/hour
