Collection Coordinator - 6 Week Contract

Our client is looking for a Collection Coordinator for a 6 week assignment.

About the Opportunity

• Proactively contact clients with overdue receivables
• Make regularly scheduled collection calls
• Research and resolve invoice disputes with external clients and internal departments
• Manage smaller customer accounts
• Liaise with the sales team to coordinate collection efforts
• Perform other related duties as assigned

About You

• 3-4 years of collection experience
• Strong customer focused attitude and mentality
• Intermediate Excel
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Pay Rate

$21 - $23/hour
