Cloud Software Implementation Consultant

We are working with a great firm in downtown Toronto to grow their implementation team! This role will deliver customer implementation projects for a cloud/SaaS fintech product!

As an Implementation Consultant, you take a hands-on technical ownership of 3-5 client implementation projects simultaneously and drive them towards completion. Be ready to hit the ground running with your strong general technical skills, creative and critical thinking, and passion for delivering value!

About the Opportunity

• Own all aspects of customer implementation projects from start to finish and drive towards maximum value realization
• Understand and translate the client’s use cases to design an integration approach suitable to their needs
• Most of the project will be around properly integrating clients’ data into the platform, and performing software configuration to meet clients' requirements
• Understand the ins and outs of the product to design an optimal integration approach
• Work with clients to clarify requirements and work with internal technical team to navigate possible complex technical issues
• Participate in continuous iterative improvement of the product based on customer feedback

About You

• Proven experience in professional services environment - in a customer facing technical role
• Exposure to simple/general project coordination/management
• Experience working with large data sets, data integration, understanding of APIs
• Exposure to SQL statements, ability to write simple queries
• Simple HTML/CSS experience (simple product config - e.g. changing images, etc)
• Experience working with financial/accounting software is a plus
• Proven skills in customer-facing communication, follow-up and general etiquette
• Strong analytical and critical problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Relentless drive to learn new things, and to help clients be successful
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects at varying stages
• Ability to learn about new platforms and technologies unique to client environments

Salary

$80,000 - $90,000/year
