Chief Financial Officer
About the Company
Our client is a global leader within their operating space. They are looking to hire a Chief Financial Officer to provide business and IT skills. This role will assist with the additional capacity, strength and oversight of the organization as the company expands.

About the Opportunity
- Lead and develop accounting, financial, human resource, purchasing and informational technology activities
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls and procedures
- Ensure the creation and preparation of budgets; complete monthly variance reports and monitor costs against budgets and variance reporting and analysis
- Work closely with the Director Accounting and the CEO to prepare rolling cash flow forecasting and give weekly updates on cash position
- System ownership and strategic oversight of ERP/MRP/Financial Systems
- Oversee human resources and recruiting function in cooperation with other team members
- Train and support accounting and operational software system users
About You
- CPA
- 10-15 years experience as the head of finance in a mid to small size organization.
- Multi-location and multi-national in retail, wholesale and distribution industry experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of operational systems and processes
- Oversight of the HR function and IT function operations is an asset
Salary Range
$130,000 - $160,000/year
