Billing/Accounts Receivable Supervisor - 12 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Perform analysis and review accounting practices, procedures and systems to ensure accuracy
• Provide system support and maintenance including guidance to others on the use of the system
• Recommend training processes and implement corrective action as required
• Prepare reviews of customer accounts to determine problematic clients and keep appropriate internal personnel aware
• Assist staff in the resolution of inquiries
• Oversee all Credit Management functions for all customers
• Oversee and process billings
• Supervise the Accounts Receivable Clerk(s)
• Oversee the collection process
• Liaise with major clients to enable smooth operations regarding billing and receivables
• Calculate cash flow analysis pertaining to accounts receivable activities
• Create computer system processes to manage incoming Purchase Orders for general use

About You

• Completion Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or equivalent
• 4 to 6 years’ experience using current SAP (ECC6 with EnP7) FI/CO (including AR), SD (Billing and Contract Management)
• Exposure to current SAP (ECC6 with EnP7) FI/CO PS and MM modules an asset
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel
• 3-5 years’ experience supervising a team
• 3-5 years’ experience working with external customers
• Demonstrated experience performing analysis
• Demonstrated experience overseeing and processing billings

Pay Rate

$85,000/year
