Bilingual Pension and Benefits Specialist - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Works directly with pension and benefit administrators, actuaries and auditors in support of plans, programs and policies
• Prepares reports and communication material on benefit and pension programs
• Assists in the development and evaluation of benefit policies and processes
• Resolves issues by communicating with employees, human resources, business partners and management
• Presents benefit and pension programs to salaried and hourly union and non-union employee groups, as required
• Works with vendors to ensure completion of annual filings and required plan testing

About You

• Fluently bilingual in French and English required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits
• Strong Excel skills; SAP experience preferred
• Experience in U.S. 401K and benefits administration required
• Ability to educate employees on employee benefits programs

Pay Rate

$30 - $33/hour
