Bilingual IT Support Analyst - 12 Month Contract

Our Client is one of the premier financial service organizations in the country. They are looking for a Bilingual IT Support Analyst (French/English or Spanish/English)

About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will be required to provide technical support over the phone. This will include: H/W and S/W troubleshooting, re-imaging, 24/7 environment, and a strong focus on customer service. Please note that the customers you’ll be supporting are internal employees.

About You

• Providing technical support over the phone
• H/W and S/W troubleshooting
• Re-imaging
• 24/7 environment experience
• Rotational shift work (must be flexible; some evenings and weekends required)
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiastic, go-getter, strong willingness to learn

Salary

$18 - $20/hour
