Bilingual Collection Specialist - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts
• Keep accurate and up to date notes on customer communication
• Maintain excellent communications with Area Credit Managers, Area/Plant Managers, Sales Reps and External Customers
• Update customer contact information in system to ensure accurate records
• Investigate and resolve customer unapplied cash and contact customers regarding application issues

About You

• Undergraduate degree preferably in accounting, business, or commerce or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of collections experience in a diverse organization, preferably in the construction sector

• Excellent communication and organizational skills (French and English)
• Detail oriented and accuracy with numbers

Pay Rate

$23 - $24/hour
