Bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative - 2 Month Contract to Permanent (Closed)

Bilingual Accounts Receivable Representative - 3 Month Contract to Permanent

About the Opportunity

• Keeping accounts in good standing
• Keeping cheque posting up-to date
• Maintaining good relations with all customers
• Apply payments of invoices for several accounts into legacy Computac system
• Reviewing accounts on a monthly basis for past due invoices, looking into any payment discrepancies, doing adjustment for any payments posted to accounts in error, and clearing any small discrepancies
• Sending out POD’s for past due invoices
• Sending out any requested documents
• Returning customers calls/emails in a timely manner
• Addressing any customer inquiries
• Other Tasks as assigned

About You

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Accounts Receivable
• Fully Bilingual, French and English
• Background in accounting, college or university
• Excel experience, v-lookups required

Pay Rate

$19 - $20/hour
