This close-knit work environment is looking to provide growth opportunities for an Analyst, Private Fund to manage the treasury and cash reporting processes, preparing cash flow projections to determine weekly funding requirements.

About the Opportunity

• Invoice processing, HST returns and bank reconciliations
• Manage treasury and cash reporting processes, prepare cash flow projections to determine weekly funding requirements
• Liaise with asset management regarding property operations and tenant activity to ensure the accuracy of the monthly statements
• Complete monthly accounting tasks including the preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations, and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable aging analysis, assisting and coordinating the year-end audits

About You

• CPA In progress
• 2-3 years of related working experience, real estate accounting experience is an asset
• Strong communication and time management skills

Salary

$60,000 - $65,000/year
