Analyst, Accounts Payable - 12 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

• Executing and ensuring that all vendor invoices, employee expenses and other corporate remittances are paid in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform the monthly accounting and reconciliations for Fixed assets, Prepaid expenses, Accruals, Master Card, Payroll and HST
• Participate in the implementation of new ERP software
• Prepare any analysis required to support timely and accurate month end packages
• Ad hoc reporting and other duties

About You

• 3-5 years of Accounts Payable experience in a high volume, controls driven environment
• Intermediate Excel Skills including Vlookups, Pivot Tables
• Experience with a large ERP

Pay Rate

$80,000/year
