Administrative/Accounting Assistant - 3-6 Month Contract to Permanent
About the Opportunity
- Sit at reception desk and answer phones
- Support multiple departments
About You
- Clear communication skills
- Hard working
- Microsoft Excel / Office Suite experience
- QAD ERP - similar to ACCPAC
- Well-organized and a multitasker who can handle high volumes of work
- 1-2 years’ Accounts Payable experience dealing with purchase orders
- Buyer/logistics experience is a bonus
Pay Rate
$15 - $17/hour
