• Pre-Authorized Debit
• Cheque Deposit
• Follow-up with Tenants (600+)
• 30 Properties +
• Collections/Calls
• Cash Receipts
• Maintain tenant profiles
• Tenant Ledgers
• Reconcile AR subledgers
• Tenant Bill-billbacks/chargebacks
• CAM/TAX Recovery billings
• Rental Notices

About You

• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Organized

Salary

$50,000 - $55,000/year
